What we expect from you?
  • Counsel the clients with upgraded immigration information, pertaining to their age, education, work experience, language, eligibility and their chances of immigration.
  • Interact with professionals / clients in person and assist them with the overseas process.
  • Apprehend the expectations and requirements of the clients and aid them with relevant overseas career opportunities (taking into account all the eligibility factors).
  • Provide updates to the clients via emails and phone calls.
  • Generate feedback from clients and prepare your daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.

HR Executive

No of Positions: 2
Experience Required: 0 – 2 years
What we expect from you?
  • Perform the duty of screening profiles as per client requirement; over the phone and in person consultation, both.
  • Schedule the meetings of clients for the further process rounds, either in office or requested place.
  • Interact with hiring candidates and follow up in regards to their joining dates.
  • Follow up with the candidates until they join the organisation.

Admin Executive

No of Positions: 2 – 3
Experience Required: 1 – 2 years
What we expect from you?
  • Handle administrative duties such as preparing Internal Memos/ Notices.
  • Look for response of the same and coordinate for action with marketing/sales team, if required.
  • Follow up with the participants until we receive a confirmed contract.
  • Create invitation, plan, and participation documents and send emails to partner community.
  • Check & reply to all e-mails on a daily basis, ensuring that no query remains unanswered at the end of the business day.
  • Be responsible of screening calls, managing calendars, making travel, meeting and event arrangements, preparing reports and financial data.
  • Look into aspects like arrangement of stationary items, mobile and network connections, courier’s distribution, office maintenance, petty cash, etc.
  • Keep a track of all the housekeeping roles and functions on a day to day basis.

Chartered Accountant/ Senior Accountant

What we expect from you?
  • Primary responsibility is to prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly closings.
  • Analyse revenues, commissions and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis
  • Meet accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements, prepare annual budget, schedule expenses, analyse variances, initiate corrective actions, etc.
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations, analyse financial statements, examine financial and tax audits, prepare tax returns and corporate reports, assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls.
